Hell... I feel better and healthier when I am walking the dog.. each time I have a cigarette.. 10-15 times a day... of a total each time of 500-600 feet.. so I end up walking about a mile or so total..

Dog walking is one of the best exercises there is in my view Par and the dogs seems to agree.

Yes, upper body exercise and heart.. circulation etc..
